Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9am – 6pm (Hybrid)

Holidays: 21 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 23 days after 1 calendar year' service.

Due to recent growth, we are seeking a skilful, hands-on and passionate Financial Accountant to join our UK Finance Department in London. The position will report to the Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and input of month end journals on a local & Group Level.
2. Production of timely monthly reconciliations for selected balance sheet accounts.
3. Production of External data requirements for regulatory bodies (ONS).
4. Assist with the Internal Control Testing (CSA) process for UK/Ireland.
5. Assist with the year-end Audit process for UK/Ireland.
6. Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
7. Other Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Skills and Experience:

1. 3-5 years similar accounting experience, ideally in the Security Systems industry.
2. Good knowledge of Accounting Principles & Financial reporting standards (FRS102 & IFRS).
3. Experience as an ERP user (Oracle, HFM).
4. Exposure to Regulatory Requirements (ONS).
5. Ability to prosper in a dynamic international/multicultural complex environment.
6. Flexibility and ability to work autonomously.
