ABOUT THE ROLE

The Security Manager, under the direction of the Director of Security and Health & Safety, will take a proactive role in supporting all security and health and safety legislation and ensure the relevant policies and procedures are adopted.

You will assist in planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing the protective and preventative measures presented by the Director of Security and Health & Safety. You will work towards minimizing all losses, occupational health problems, accidents, and injuries by (i) moving towards a zero-tolerance approach to security, health & safety breaches while (ii) generating awareness of security, health, and safety across all aspects of the organization. You will be involved in training and delivering it to all levels of colleagues.

You will be involved in health & safety audits, monitoring working documents, and your goal is to represent the Director of Security and Health & Safety in their absence.
