Job description

Paint Line Operative - Late Shift

Location: Bedford
Salary: £12.00 - £15.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Mon - Thurs 2pm - 12am

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain paint line equipment with precision and care.
2. Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning and priming.
3. Apply paint and coatings.
4. Monitor and control paint quality, thickness, and consistency.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in industrial painting or related field preferred.
2. Knowledge of paint application techniques and equipment.
3. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
4. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
5. Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
