About the Role - Learning Mentor - Rugby, Warwickshire

• This school is seeking a learning mentor to join and work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
• You will be required to help them learn, develop their abilities, and raise their self-esteem.
• You will need to be resilient and dedicated, but the small victories that you achieve will be something you're really proud of.
• You will receive on-the-job training, including opportunities for CPD.
• All staff receive full school holidays.
• You must hold Qualified Teacher Status.
• Experience working in SEN is not essential.
