People PMI Analyst - 8 Months, FTC - Hybrid, Keynsham

The People Change Analyst will support the People Strategy and Transformation Business Partner, as well as Projects, Programmes or Portfolio Managers and their team in delivery of people change activity and implementation and support of change management best practices.

The People Change Analyst will be involved in both hands-on day-to-day delivery, as well as supporting the People Strategy & Transformation BP from a strategic standpoint.

Day to day, the People Change Analyst will:
  1. Manage project plans to maintain schedules, driving, delivering, and monitoring plan tasks, supporting wider PMO (within the Finance and Systems Transformation Programme) FaST team maintaining risks, actions and issues, dependencies as well as documentation and communication on all people/HR aspects.
  2. Collaborate with the FaST PMO team, People Strategy & Transformation and SOCHR in holistic management of complex projects and activity which are broad in scope, interdependent, high impact and cross-functional i.e. On-boarding, Organisational Design &/or Development, Starters Movers Leavers process and people data.
  3. Support the People Strategy & Transformation BP in coordination across numerous people items within transformation plans or people deliverables in order to produce reports, collate, analyse, evaluate and validate data, records, maintain libraries, and registers.
  4. Independently gather information from a variety of sources; to analyse, interpret, and summarize data gathered, and to deliver insights.
  5. Create and maintain dashboards and other data metrics to track the process and progress of key projects and activity.
The People Change Analyst will need:

Change management - Managed or played a delivery role in change and transformation.

Communication and presentation – the ability to interchange thoughts, opinions, or information with others, by speech, writing, PowerPoint presentations, project reporting or other means.

Agility – comfortable working with ambiguity and able to shift focus at pace and as required.

Analytical – the ability to merge and synthesize data and information, experienced in Excel and Microsoft packages, observe and examine in detail and be able to interpret and explain.

Collaborate – willingly and effectively work with others to achieve desired outcomes.
