Role Overview:

The Head of Sales at Infloww will be responsible for building and leading our sales function, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who has experience building and scaling SaaS sales teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions, managing high-performing sales teams, and developing scalable processes and strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  1. Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive revenue growth across agencies and enterprise clients.
  2. Establish a strong sales pipeline, define sales KPIs, and optimize processes to maximize conversions and customer lifetime value.
  3. Align sales efforts with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
  4. Set aggressive yet achievable sales targets and oversee performance to meet our revenue goals.
  5. Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  7. Utilize high touch and low touch sales models to cater to different customer segments.

Team Building & Management

  1. Recruit, onboard, and mentor a world-class sales team, including Account Executives and SDRs.
  2. Build a sales culture that fosters accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  3. Create incentive structures that align with company growth and individual contributions.
  4. Own and accelerate revenue growth through a strategic mix of inbound and outbound sales initiatives, along with expansion revenue opportunities.
  5. Close high-value deals and manage sales cycles with enterprise clients.
  6. Develop and refine sales playbooks, objection-handling guides, and pitch materials.
  7. Establish and optimize sales processes and automation tools to improve efficiency.
  8. Utilize Hubspot and Intercom to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.

High-Touch Customer Onboarding & White-Glove Service

  1. Assist top-tier customers with onboarding to ensure a seamless transition and early success with the platform.
  2. Provide personalized support to build long-term relationships and establish trust. Maintain engagement with key customers even after the sale is completed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  3. Work closely with Customer Success to identify opportunities for upsells and expansions.
  4. Serve as a strategic partner to high-value clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring they maximize the value of Infloww’s solutions.

Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends, address issues, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  3. Identify new growth opportunities, including market expansions, upsells, and partnerships.
  4. Provide insights and feedback to the product team to enhance product-market fit and inform roadmap decisions.
  5. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics accordingly.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience & Background

  1. 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within a high-growth SaaS.
  2. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling high double-digit ARR SaaS businesses.
  3. Experience hiring, leading, and managing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, particularly in mid-market and enterprise deals.
