A test will be given at the time of the interview. You have to be an electrical foreman in order to apply.

We currently seek Electrical Foremen with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience. The projects that are worked on are for 3 Counties: Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County. The type of projects that are worked on are residential, industrial, and commercial such as Publix stores, schools, Targets, remodels, etc.

Job Description:

An electrical foreman is in charge of large and complex projects that employ many different electricians at the same time and supervises the project as a whole, from the large-scale down to the details. On such a project, a foreman is responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers in order to complete jobs within specific guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A foreman may be responsible for many different aspects of the job, including planning, customer relations, material management, and quality control. A foreman may also be responsible for training employees or overseeing apprenticeship programs. Managing a team, evaluating employee's progress, training new team members, attending meetings, identifying conflicts, and resolving problems are all personnel responsibilities that an electrical foreman may have. Other work responsibilities often include organizing and planning a construction project, directing work, inspecting installations for quality, making sure code standards are met, and ensuring job safety.

Job Requirements:

1. Must have transportation to be able to work in all 3 counties.
2. Electricians will require at least 5-8 years of Electrical Experience.
3. Must have a work history and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties listed under the job description.
4. Mechanics need to have 4 years experience as a mechanic, bending pipe, pulling wires, doing terminations on panels and different types of gear and refrigeration equipment. Some night work will be coming occasionally.
