Repairs Supervisor needed in Sutton, £23.92ph PAYE – Reference: OR5602
As a Supervisor, you will join our in-house DLO that provides a responsive repairs and voids service for properties throughout the stock.
You will manage a team of trades. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring health and safety of the trades and their work, carrying out WIP and ad-hoc inspections, van checks, stock checks, and conducting 121 meetings and reviews.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
