Boom Sports is a company that has been delivering fun, active, and educational teaching and childcare schemes for children in primary schools across West London for 9 years.

We are currently hiring Sports Coaches and Activity Leaders for three individual roles. If you're looking for a flexible opportunity where you can choose which role to commit to, we want to hear from you!

You can apply for one role, two, or all three.

Available Roles:

  1. Monday to Friday: 7:20 - 8:50am (Breakfast Club) - School Term Time
  2. Monday to Friday: 11:45am - 1:15pm (Lunch Time Sports Club) - School Term Time
  3. Monday to Friday: 3:00 - 6:00pm (After School Club) - School Term Time

Location:

Primary School setting in the London Borough of Ealing.

Commitment:

Once you choose a role (or multiple roles), you must be available to work Monday to Friday for that role.

The Roles:

Lunch Time Sports Club - you will lead sports sessions within a primary school setting, delivering a range of activities including football, basketball, and more. This role requires a confident, knowledgeable, and adaptable individual who can effectively engage and inspire young people.

Breakfast Club & After School Club - you will play a key role in crafting engaging experiences for children ages 4-11. Your responsibilities will include leading a variety of activities, such as sports, active games, arts and crafts, word games, number games, and more, both indoors and outdoors.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements:

  • Consistent availability for the selected sessions (Monday to Friday – Term time only)
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (or existing certificate)
  • Live within 30 minutes of the site

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children
  • Sports coaching and/or childcare qualification
  • First Aid trained
  • Child Safeguarding Training

Additional Hours Available:

There will also be an option to work the additional hours listed below at one of our holiday camps (Hammersmith or Perivale) during the school holidays.

These hours are optional.

Monday to Friday: 8.30 - 3.30pm – Holiday Camps
