Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the profitability and productivity of a portfolio of client accounts/projects within your specific practice area.
Responsible for development and execution of account strategy in relation to your client/project portfolio.
Overall commercial ownership for a portfolio of accounts, including responsibility for short and long-term forecast management.
Ability to take a minimum three-month look ahead revenue perspective in relation to your portfolio accounts and make decisions and provide advice in this context.
Line management responsibility for junior employees, including day-to-day workload planning, allocation and monitoring, ownership of the PDR process relating to direct reports, and management of any performance issues (with support from HR where required).
Responsible for effective management of team performance on accounts and projects to ensure productive and profitable service delivery in line with client expectations.
Person Specification
Entrepreneurial consultancy skillset with the ability to think strategically and to balance delivery and attention to detail with innovation and achievement.
A passion for the development and infrastructure sector with an extensive track record of developing and delivering communication, consultation, and engagement strategies for infrastructure and major projects.
Knowledge of the legislation, policy and guidance relating to pre-application consultation for NSIPs and for TCPA planning applications.
Experience of developing and leading the delivery of pre-application consultation (statutory and non-statutory) for an NSIP, including managing the Statement of Community Consultation process.
Managing consultation feedback and analysis and preparing a statutory Consultation Report for a Development Consent Order application.
Experience of choreographing an examination in public for an NSIP is an advantage.
