What you’ll do

• Work with your team to deliver top-class conveyancing to our clients, working on freehold and leasehold sale, purchase, and remortgage transactions.
• Work with cutting-edge technology to provide the best experience for our clients.
• Help our designers and software developers to refine the tools you’re using every day.
• Work within our fast-paced Exchanges Team to facilitate smooth and efficient property exchanges.
• Communicate frequently with clients, agents, and other solicitors regarding completion dates, chain updates, and outstanding issues.
• Provide daily updates to clients when exchanges are delayed.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver top-class conveyancing services.
• Manage the list of files approaching exchange, focusing on exchanging 'ready' files and preparing 'final prep' files.
• Request COTs, liaise with clients about deposits and signed documents, obtain authority to complete from Homes England, and request LISAs when necessary.
• Handle SIMs and associated tasks.

You're a Perfect Fit if You:

• Are a hard-working paralegal, with at least 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing and can title check freehold titles without supervision.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, avoiding legalese.
• Are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Are passionate about effecting change whilst at the same time being goals-focused and impact-driven.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and enjoy strategic thinking.
