Communications Executive

Part of LSL plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 1000 partner firms and circa 3000 advisors.

PRIMIS are growing strongly through new firms joining our network, existing firms growing their advisor numbers and through acquisition of existing established firms.

We are keen to enhance our existing highly proficient and experienced Training and Compliance teams with the addition of a dedicated Communications Executive.

The successful candidate will support the ongoing development and delivery of PRIMIS communications to both internal (employee) and external (advisers/broker) audiences using Outlook, Social Media, WhatsApp and other internal comms vehicles.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with PRIMIS Compliance Operations to deliver an effective communication schedule, consistently focussing on inspiring, regular, and engaging content that drives change and resonates with our membership.
  • Run an annual schedule for delivery of compliance newsletter, guidance changes, testing, CPD, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with Compliance Operations to proactively review any negative trends in the business to drive useful content, leveraging a variety of styles.
  • Support in the delivery of the communication strategy to drive critical information cascades, brand awareness, behavioural change, and growth for PRIMIS that achieve KPIs to agreed timescales.
  • Support the Compliance Operations team in delivering a comprehensive programme of communication which is focussed on current trends and demands for change.
  • Monitor and adapt communication mediums to gain the best value.

Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable experience in a similar role (Desirable).
  • Knowledge of Financial Services.
  • Previous experience of delivering engaging, creative, and varied content.
  • Expertise in writing and designing communications.
  • CF 1, 6 & MAQ and/or CeMap 1, 2 & 3 or equivalent (desirable).
  • ER1 or equivalent CF7 & HR1 (optional).
  • Protection and General Insurance related qualifications (desirable).

Monies: £30,000 - £35,000 doe and negotiable.

Location: PRIMIS have base locations in both Solihull, West Midlands and Chippenham, Wiltshire. Our ideal candidate would be based within a commutable distance of these sites; however, the right candidate is more important to us than the candidate’s location in the UK. The role is predominantly home-based with ad hoc travel to meetings at our Head Office location in Solihull.
