An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Practitioner to support the management of their Endoscopy Department. This full-time role involves ensuring high standards of patient care, guiding a team, and contributing to the delivery of the endoscopy strategy. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in clinical governance and patient safety, along with a passion for delivering exceptional care. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. You will be required to cover variable days and weekends to meet business needs.
About the Role
The role will be to support the hospital manager in the effective management of the Endoscopy Department ensuring the day-to-day operation reflects the highest standard of governance, clinical effectiveness, and standards of care.
You will use your advanced knowledge and experience to guide and support their team whilst actively being involved in the delivery of patient care.
You will contribute significantly to the delivery of CHEC’s endoscopy strategy, ensuring JAG accreditation is supported.
