The Role Duration: Full-time; Location: Remote (from UTC-5 to UTC+3), Preferred: Europe
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategy & Operations Manager, with a focus on strategic planning, operational execution, and high-level coordination. As the right-hand person to our founder at our leading crypto foundation, you will play a critical role in driving organizational objectives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, making strategic decisions that drive growth and success while also advancing the foundation's mission forward.

Day to Day

• Lead, develop and execute strategic projects across different functions
• Provide operational support, ensuring timely and effective decision-making on key issues such as partnerships, community development, and ecosystem growth
• Analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop creative solutions that drive progress and resolve obstacles
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives across various teams, including ecosystem development, developer relations, marketing, and community outreach
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including teams and departments, to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of high-level execution, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
• Experience or strong interest in web3, crypto, blockchain or tokenomics
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Hyper competent and able to adapt to fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that drive growth and success

• Experience working with founders or executives in high-growth organizations or startups
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment
