An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Ophthalmic Scrub Practitioner at The Yorkshire Clinic Private Hospital in Bingley. We are looking for a passionate individual to join the Ophthalmic Team. The successful candidate will have NMC registration, good experience in a similar role, with proven ability to work well within a team. With excellent communication skills, they will also be required to ensure high standards of care for all patients throughout their perioperative phase.
What you need to know:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong clinical background in acute surgical care. We are looking for a dynamic and positive individual to ensure the department is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led.
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Ophthalmic team, developing excellent working relationships with staff members, consultants, and key stakeholders. They will assist in driving sustainable excellence in the safety and quality of care and services, supporting the Quality agenda by monitoring achievements against required standards, identifying risks to quality of care and services, and planning, recommending, and implementing changes for continuous improvement.
