Radiographer (Bank)

Ipswich Hospital | Radiology | Bank | Ad Hoc | Part time

Up to £20.00 an hour, depending on experience

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Radiographer at our Ipswich Hospital, you’ll bring high levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You have a great eye for detail and you’re caring by nature. You hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), a postgraduate qualification, and excellent teamwork skills.

As a Radiographer, you will:

  • Help deliver our high-quality diagnostic imaging service
  • Experience a varied caseload in the department, on the ward, and in theatre
  • Work with leading practitioners and new practices, equipment, and facilities
  • Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues
  • Ensure that what you do is delivered with sensitivity and compassion
