An exciting new role has arisen for a Senior Accountant/Portfolio Manager in our well established firm based in Finchley, N12.

Main responsibilities:

• Being the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
• The preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts and various forecasts
• Proactively advising clients
• Allocating work to and reviewing the work of junior members of the team
• Taking on ad hoc analysis and project work
• Direct client contact will be a feature of the role so candidates should be comfortable with and enjoy this aspect of work.
• Audit experience is preferred and would be beneficial for this role.

Ideal Person:

• Professionally qualified ACA/ACCA or Qualified by experience with proven current/recent Accountancy experience gained for another UK Accountancy firm.
• Strong client, team and organisational skills.
• Strong IT Accounts systems experience, with use of IRIS, SAGE and Xero would be beneficial.
