Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations, from opening and closing to cashing up
  2. Lead team briefings and set the standard for excellent service
  3. Support and develop the team to deliver a top-notch guest experience
  4. Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels
  5. Manage rotas, training, recruitment, and menu development
  6. Take ownership of P&L, drive revenue, and control costs
  7. Implement and refine SOPs to keep operations running smoothly
  8. Contribute to the restaurant’s success and future growth

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. Proven leadership experience in premium, high-energy restaurants
  2. Strong commercial awareness with financial acumen
  3. Passionate about food, drink, and delivering great hospitality
  4. Proven ability to build and develop teams
  5. Confident with autonomy, managing a venue
  6. Professional and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  7. Ambitious and ready to take the next step in your career
