Part-Time Transactional Finance Clerk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transaction Processing Clerk to join a leading national property developer with regional operations across the UK. This role is based in Manchester City Centre on a part-time basis (circa 22-28 hours per week). My client is offering a high degree of flexibility around working hours depending on the successful candidate's requirements.

What you'll do:

• Process invoices onto the finance system on a daily basis
• Take calls and answer emails from suppliers chasing payment & chase invoices as appropriate
• Deal with supplier queries and resolution of issues in a timely manner
• Produce payment runs and input ad-hoc payments
• Set up new suppliers and adhere to strict guidelines
• Liaise with the Residential Marketing team to correctly deal with utility and rates bills for residential properties
• Assist with raising purchase orders
• Monitor shared mailboxes

What you bring:

• Attention to detail – accuracy and speed when dealing with numerical and verbal data
• Self-motivated – approaches tasks with drive, energy and enthusiasm
• Computer literacy – knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Knowledge of Coins ERP system would be beneficial but not essential
