  • Conduct electrochemical analysis on battery components (e.g., anodes, cathodes, and electrolyte).
  • Perform aging and durability tests under controlled conditions (temperature, humidity, charge/discharge cycles) to predict long-term battery performance and assess degradation over time.
  • Raw material testing to test and verify the quality of materials used in the battery manufacturing process to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Collect and document test results using laboratory management software and/or spreadsheets to ensure traceability and compliance with industry standards and quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
  • Prepare and present test results to engineers, manufacturing and management, providing detailed feedback on battery performance, materials behavior and test outcomes.
  • Adhere to safety standards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laboratory equipment to prevent downtime and ensure it is functioning properly for ongoing testing.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required) in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
