An exciting opportunity awaits you to become the Sales Lead for a boutique health club with ambitious growth plans. Known for delivering a premium fitness experience and fostering a vibrant community, they are now expanding and looking to tap into the corporate market. With a strong B2B focus, this role will be instrumental in driving membership growth and establishing key corporate partnerships.

This is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious sales professional ready to take ownership of the sales function and progress towards a future Head of Sales position as the business scales.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 base + OTE

Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)

Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).


The Role...

1. Sales Strategy & Membership Growth

  • Lead and execute the overall sales strategy to exceed membership targets and revenue goals.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead conversion and a high membership retention rate.
  • Develop tailored membership solutions for individuals and corporate clients.

2. Corporate & B2B Sales Development

  • Identify and secure corporate partnerships, leveraging the club’s prime location and extensive corporate network.
  • Design and implement a corporate sales strategy, working closely with leadership to unlock new B2B opportunities.
  • Build relationships with HR teams, local businesses, and organisations to drive group membership sales.

3. Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned.
  • Support the execution of targeted lead generation campaigns, maximising engagement and conversion.
  • Represent the brand at networking events, corporate wellness days, and local activations to drive brand awareness.

4. Customer Journey & Sales Process Optimisation

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial inquiry through to membership onboarding.
  • Continuously refine the sales funnel, ensuring an efficient and effective conversion process.
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage sales performance, reporting key insights to senior leadership.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Set the foundation for a strong sales culture, establishing best practices and high-performance standards.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members as the business expands.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning, preparing for the transition into a Head of Sales role.

  • Proven track record in health club membership sales, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Experience in B2B/corporate sales, with a strong ability to engage and secure partnerships with local businesses.
  • Highly ambitious, with a clear desire to step into a future Head of Sales role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to create tailored solutions for corporate clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Confident in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools to track performance.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience collaborating with marketing teams to drive sales success.
  • Familiarity with WODBoard as a CRM system.
  • Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills in sales reporting and data interpretation.
