Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 base + OTE

The Role...1. Sales Strategy & Membership Growth
- Lead and execute the overall sales strategy to exceed membership targets and revenue goals.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead conversion and a high membership retention rate.
- Develop tailored membership solutions for individuals and corporate clients.
2. Corporate & B2B Sales Development
- Identify and secure corporate partnerships, leveraging the club’s prime location and extensive corporate network.
- Design and implement a corporate sales strategy, working closely with leadership to unlock new B2B opportunities.
- Build relationships with HR teams, local businesses, and organisations to drive group membership sales.
3. Marketing & Lead Generation
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned.
- Support the execution of targeted lead generation campaigns, maximising engagement and conversion.
- Represent the brand at networking events, corporate wellness days, and local activations to drive brand awareness.
4. Customer Journey & Sales Process Optimisation
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial inquiry through to membership onboarding.
- Continuously refine the sales funnel, ensuring an efficient and effective conversion process.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage sales performance, reporting key insights to senior leadership.
5. Leadership & Team Development
- Set the foundation for a strong sales culture, establishing best practices and high-performance standards.
- Mentor and develop junior team members as the business expands.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning, preparing for the transition into a Head of Sales role.
