Job Title: Business Development Sales Representative

Location: Remote (UK Time Zone: 1 PM – 9 PM)

Salary: Base Salary + Commission

As we expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and organised Business Development Sales Representative to drive growth in the USA.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and scheduling meetings with our project managers. You will also play a key role in maintaining communication with allocated accounts to ensure smooth collaboration. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment, has excellent communication skills, and is driven by targets and commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our company and services.
  • Set up appointments for project managers with qualified leads.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring ongoing communication and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales activities and pipeline progress using our CRM.
  • Work closely with the project managers and wider sales team to optimize sales efforts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and our service offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
