Our Independent client operates this outside catering & events company out of Leeds with a production kitchen in Leeds city centre. All bakery is made from scratch every day. This is an ideal opportunity for an established baker to come into a different kitchen environment than a usual bakery, and create fantastic products for this market leading independent company.

The ideal Baker will have the following attributes:

• Experience as a Baker for a minimum of 2 years

• Worked in a well-known bakery or high-end hotel

• Excellent bakery knowledge and understanding of different techniques and products

• Own transport would be ideal due to location/early starts

• A real desire to learn, and energy to push yourself to be the best every day

• The desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team. Hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for.
