Description

We're looking for an individual with strong AWS infrastructure and Python skills to work as part of a team in a Financial Services client.

Requirements

1. Python Development experience
2. Working with Boto3 to interact and manage AWS services.
3. Writing and maintaining automated tests using pytest or unittest, especially use of stubbing around AWS services. Experience of moto useful
4. Virtual environment tools such as conda, pyenv - working with multiple versions of Python
5. Strong AWS knowledge especially
6. Multi-account environment with use of Control Tower
7. Service Catalog for product deployment
8. Use of IAM, SCP, RCPs etc.
9. Enterprise architectures such as EC2, containerisation, S3
10. CloudFormation, especially use of Lambdas to provide custom resources
11. Internet Facing Environment, so strong knowledge of AWS networking such as VPCs, NACLs, Security Groups
12. Azure knowledge useful
13. General DevOps experience
14. Working with pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab etc.
15. Strong Git experience
16. Use of JIRA/Confluence
