Job Description:
Flexible HR Solutions is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our growing team. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the human resources functions within client organisations, ensuring that HR operations align with business objectives and comply with legal requirements. You will also work closely with management teams to shape, implement, and enhance people management strategies that promote a productive and inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy and Policy Development:
    • Design and implement HR strategies that align with client business goals.
    • Develop and review HR policies to ensure compliance with local laws and industry best practices.
    • Partner with leadership teams to provide guidance on organisational design and workforce planning.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies.
    • Address employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
    • Develop strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong employer brand.
    • Oversee the recruitment process using our recruitment platform and provide recruitment consulting to clients as needed.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement performance appraisal systems and facilitate continuous feedback between employees and managers.
    • Support managers with employee development plans, career progression pathways, and leadership coaching.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and collaborate with external providers to deliver relevant learning and development programs.
    • Oversee employee development initiatives, ensuring that staff have access to the resources they need for continuous growth.
  • HR Administration and Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR information.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including those related to sustainable development and EDI initiatives.
    • Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Sustainability and EDI Initiatives:
    • Collaborate with leadership to promote and implement sustainable HR practices.
    • Lead the development and implementation of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) strategies within the organisation.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Consultant, or similar role (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating inclusive workplace environments and promoting EDI initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools for performance management, employee engagement, and HR administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Desirable:
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in sustainable development or green HR practices.
  • Proficiency in HR-related software and recruitment platforms.
