Crone Corkill is working on a rare opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the intellectual property & technology division of a national law firm in their London office.

The Role

You will offer integral support to two Partners and a team of fee earners across the below duties:

1. Complex diary and travel management
2. Proactive document creation and management
3. Managing organisation of client files on database
4. Liaising with high profile clients over email and phone
5. Onboarding new clients and responding to their queries
6. Overflow support to the wider PA and Front Office team during busy periods
7. Assisting with Business Development activities such as pitches and presentations
8. Complex billing through Aderant alongside multiple other digital billing platforms with varying deadlines

This is not a traditional Legal Secretary position. You will have multiple opportunities to develop your knowledge in the sector by working collaboratively with the wider Legal Team and are expected to be proactive & passionate in your work.

About You

You are a passionate Legal Secretary who is looking for more involvement in a supportive modern legal practice.

1. 4 years + of Legal Secretary position
2. Previous experience in Intellectual Property / Data Protection Law is essential
3. Previous experience working in a small to medium size firm
4. A proactive curious nature, always thinking ahead to account for last-minute changes
5. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
