Specification Sales Manager - A&D London

Resolve Recruitment are recruiting for a Specification Sales Manager to represent and work for a genuine market leading brand in the UK, for a role covering London and the South East region.

The role of Specification Sales Manager requires you to sell to and deal with Architect and Designer clients, Flooring Contractors, Residential and Commercial Developers, and other Specifiers that may utilise the product.

Basic salary to £60k plus quarterly bonus, company car or car allowance.

THE ROLE:

• External sales role, home based to cover London and greater South East region as required.
• Specifying the range of products which include Ceramic Tiles, Porcelain Tiles, LVT, Wood Flooring.
• Combination of existing business and account management, with new customer and project development.
• Architect and Designer clients, Flooring Contractors, Residential and Commercial Developers, and other Specifiers.
• Sales Support team to assist in quote and lead generation.

THE CANDIDATE:

• You will have experience of selling a relatable building product into the A&D/Specification customer base, but you may also be seeking your first step into Specification sales.
• You must be living in the region mentioned above.
• A relationship builder, energetic and enthusiastic, with capable administration skills.

THE REMUNERATION:

• Basic salary range is £45,000 to £60,000 dependent on experience.
• Quarterly and Annual bonus.
