Our new role

We are looking for staff with a range of experience and backgrounds to come and make this house a home ready for the Children & Young People to move into.

The school offers Education, Care and Clinical support for children & young people aged 8 to 18 years, who come to us on a full time, residential basis from across the country, with a range of Autistic Spectrum and associated complex needs.

Our full-time staff work 40 hours a week on a rota basis, covering a mixture of earlies & lates (with Sleep Ins).

You will need to be confident in working with adults and children and have a genuine desire to support the work of the team. To be considered for daytime Support Work roles you must:

3. Up to date DBS FOR Child and Adult

5. Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of those who we support

7. Strong "can do" attitude
8. SEN experience (Autism, Challenging behaviour, life skills, personal care)
9. Strong behaviour management
10. One to one and small group work
11. Professional manor
12. Enthusiasm and friendly approach
13. Personal Care
