Our client are seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience in a corporate benefits role to join their friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
Dealing with queries from a range of stakeholders
Maintaining and monitoring the running of accounts
Processing new employees onto pension system
Updating the database maintaining client files
Providing a seamless service to all clients
Key Attributes
2+ years in a corporate benefits role
Excellent client services and administrative skills
An excellent knowledge of Group Risk Schemes (essential)
Direct knowledge of a range of benefit products including GPP, GSHR, GDIS, GIP, GPMI Group Travel & Dental and GCIC (essential)
Auto enrolment and rebroke knowledge
GR1 - Group Risk qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute (desirable)
A “can do” attitude, determination and a readiness to roll up your sleeves
Ability to work independently
