Personal Care Assistant for a young person F/T @ £13.00 per/hr in CT9 - Margate - CT9

Job Description

This position is for a personal assistant for a young lady who has learning disabilities and can present challenging behaviours at times.

Responsibilities

1. Provide personal care and support on a one-to-one basis.
2. Work flexible shifts: 8am to 3pm and 3pm to 10pm.
3. Drive the available automatic car as required.
4. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective care.

Requirements

1. Driver's license is a requirement.
2. Enhanced DBS check is required.
3. Female Personal Assistant preferred.

There are already seven staff working at the house on a Rota basis, with shifts scheduled on a four-week rolling basis, totaling 5 shifts per week.

Pay rate is £13.00 per hour, with annual leave accrued based on hours worked. Shadow shifts will be provided. Please contact me for more details.
