Criminal Defence Lawyer (Regulatory)

Service Care Legal is seeking an experienced and qualified Criminal/Regulatory Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEx to join a law firm on a rolling contract basis. This is a fully remote, highly flexible role, ideal for someone with experience in criminal defense, particularly those with a strong understanding of criminal procedure in both Magistrates and Crown Courts.

ROLE:

Criminal/Regulatory Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEx

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and representation in criminal and regulatory matters.
2. Prepare cases for court and conduct hearings.
3. Research legal precedents and case law.
4. Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEx with relevant experience.
2. Strong understanding of criminal procedure in both Magistrates and Crown Courts.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
