Employment Lawyer, 5+ Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £Competitive salary (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join an impressive team in Hertfordshire. JOB REF: 9099.


• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.

• You will have strong experience of acting for employers on a wide range of matters and will be required to develop a mixed caseload of transactional, non-contentious and contentious employment matters.

• Your responsibilities will include providing HR advice and support, drafting service agreements, contracts of employment, staff handbooks and relevant policies, disciplinary procedures and internal investigations, and also provide client representation in employment tribunal and court.

• You will be required to deliver training, seminars and legal updates, as well as regularly contributing to the firm’s social media output.

• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
