Job Description

  • Managing purchase ledger activities.
  • Processing invoices in a timely manner.
  • Performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Handling supplier queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Any ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant candidate should have:

  • Proven skills working in a similar role
  • A good understanding of finance processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills to handle supplier queries.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience using Finance Systems
