Job Description
Managing purchase ledger activities.
Processing invoices in a timely manner.
Performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Handling supplier queries efficiently and professionally.
Any ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant candidate should have:
Proven skills working in a similar role
A good understanding of finance processes and procedures
Excellent communication skills to handle supplier queries.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Experience using Finance Systems
