Reporting to the Systems Engineering Senior Manager, the Systems Integration Engineer will be responsible for embedding systems engineering skills, methods and toolsets to enable the integrated digital design framework for the programme. There is also the opportunity to employ systems engineering techniques to influence the design of the RR SMR power station and contribute to the delivery of an integrated top-down design.
This is a role that provides breadth across a wide range of design areas, with opportunities to directly influence both the design framework and the design itself. The role involves requirements management, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), design optioneering, stakeholder management, interface management and design information management topics.

Pay and benefits:
We anticipate paying a salary of between £40,000 - £52,500 DOE plus:
· Bonus - Performance related target opportunity 12.5%
· Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
· Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
· Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.
· Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care
· Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay
· £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases
