Key Responsibilities:

4. Ensure all food service areas meet Health and Safety standards and are well-maintained.
5. Collaborate with clients to ensure their food service needs are met and exceed expectations.
6. Assist in achieving financial targets, preparing business forecasts, and managing food service budgets.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
