Health & Safety Advisor - Keeping Sites Safe & Ladders Upright!

We're looking for a Health & Safety Advisor with a construction background to keep our sites safe, compliant, and free from unnecessary risks. If you have an eye for hazards, a knack for keeping things in order, and don't mind a bit of travel (1-2 nights per week), we want you!

What you'll do:

1. Conduct site safety audits (no corner-cutting on your watch).
2. Review RAMS, COSHH, and safety reports.
3. Advise on upcoming construction activities—preventing chaos before it happens.
4. Keep the team (and Directors) updated on all things safety.

What you need:

1. Construction experience (site ops, management, or similar).
2. A clean driving license & willingness to travel.
3. Sharp attention to detail & great communication skills.
4. Willing to learn—training provided if needed.
