Job description

The Music Works is seeking an experienced Artistic Director to lead its artistic strategy and expand its impact on the music industry and young talent development. Based in Gloucester, this role involves shaping the organisation’s creative vision, empowering young people, and building pathways into the music industry.

Location: Gloucester
Hours: 21–37.5 hours per week
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 per annum

Requirements: Candidates should have significant leadership experience in the arts and a proven ability to create and implement artistic strategies. A passion for youth development and diversity in the music industry is essential.
