Job Title: Home Manager - Residential Care Home
Location: Stone
Salary: £40,000 (increasing after probation)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a dedicated, compassionate leader looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a residential care setting? Howard Finley Care are seeking an experienced Home Manager to join our clients 30+ bed care home in Stone, providing high-quality care and support to their residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standard of care and a positive environment for both residents and staff.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, driving improvements where needed.
• Oversee all aspects of the home, from staffing and budgeting to maintaining a safe, homely environment.
• Work closely with the directors to meet both the operational and care delivery goals of the home.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Home Manager in a residential care home, ideally in a similar-sized setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and a proven track record in improving care outcomes.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• United Kingdom (required).
• No Sponsorship offered.
