Group Operations & Project Manager (Chief of Staff)

Location: Remote (with options to relocate post-probation)

About Us:

Maxaccelerate Technology Group is a multi-vertical business operating in AI, CRM, technology, SEO, and enterprise software solutions. With offices in Dubai, Malta, Edinburgh, and Lisbon, we run multiple projects across our companies and are seeking a Group Operations & Project Manager (Chief of Staff) to work directly with the Group CEO.

Role Overview:

This high-impact role requires strategic thinking, operational execution, and leadership. You will oversee multiple projects, track progress, manage team building, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will act as a key advisor to the CEO, handling high-priority tasks and delegating critical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects across the group, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  2. Programme Oversight: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, tracking progress using project management tools.
  3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Oversee and align marketing initiatives across companies, ensuring brand consistency and growth.
  4. Recruitment & Team Building: Identify, onboard, and manage talent for various projects across different business units.
  5. Budget Allocation: Work closely with finance teams to ensure effective resource allocation across projects.
  6. Executive Support & Decision-Making: Act as a strategic partner to the Group CEO, handling mission-critical tasks and facilitating decision-making.
  7. Meeting & Agenda Management: Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  8. Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify and implement best practices to optimize operations and productivity.

Who You Are:

  1. A multi-tasker with strong project/programme management experience.
  2. A strategic thinker who can translate high-level business goals into executable projects.
  3. A leader who can build and manage teams across different business functions.
  4. A problem solver with the ability to handle complex challenges and drive solutions.
  5. Highly organized, with experience in digital marketing, recruitment, and business operations.
  6. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  7. Strong communicator with the ability to work across multiple time zones.

Preferred Experience:

  1. 5+ years in project/programme management, operations, or chief of staff-type roles.
  2. Experience in digital marketing, recruitment, or SaaS is a strong plus.
  3. Background in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  4. Previous experience working with startups, tech firms, or multinational groups.
