Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager

You will play a key role in safeguarding the business by embedding a robust risk and control framework. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that the company navigates risks effectively and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating health and safety, reputational, operational, and financial risks to protect the business and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Job role:

• Lead and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, ensuring risk principles are consistently applied.
• Conduct risk analysis for new initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to support business strategy.
• Champion a culture of risk awareness, delivering training and fostering accountability across the organisation.
• Oversee the reporting and governance of risks, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Manage the firm’s compliance programs, keeping the business informed of regulatory changes.
• Lead internal and external audits, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and ensure effective business continuity planning.
• Oversee major incident reporting and risk event closure, ensuring effective resolution and lessons learned.
• Assist with insurance strategies and claims, working closely with insurers and legal teams to mitigate risks.
