However, in order for us to reach more customers and scale our offering, we have a new multi-year product development strategy that’s entirely dependent upon tech, and we’re in the process of building both the team and the platforms capable of delivering our ambitious growth.
What you will do at MuscleFood
Following rapid growth and expansion into new territories, the MuscleFood CRM function now covers 9 Klaviyo accounts servicing established stores as well as newly launched propositions.
We are looking for an experienced Emailing Marketing specialist to hit the ground running, maximize customer LTV and lead on database growth for our accounts across MuscleFood, Prepped Pots and Goal Plans.
This will be delivered through the design and execution of targeted email and SMS marketing activity, from acquiring prospects through to managing retention and reactivation.
With support from the CRM Manager and working with colleagues across the business – especially in the Trading, Design, Data and Customer Services teams – the ideal applicant will have experience working with large customer databases, with the ability to segment and create targeted, engaging campaigns that drive incremental revenue.
RESPONSIBILITES
· Own the email & SMS campaign calendar for key CRM accounts across the UK & Ireland.
· Create, design and execute email and SMS campaigns, working closely with the Trading and Design teams.
· Ensure compliance with GDPR and contact preferences.
· Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.
· Establish an A/B testing programme for all email and SMS activity to support campaign optimisation.
· Create and manage customer segments.
· Track & analyse campaign performance & results.
· Support the overall development of the CRM strategy working alongside the Head of CRM.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful applicant will be and have:
Must have at least 2 years experience in creating, sending and monitoring email marketing campaigns with Klaviyo.
· 2+ years of CRM experience with Klaviyo (or similar) is essential.
· Proven track record demonstrating effective email campaign results
· Ability to plan ahead working with a large volume of campaigns across multiple businesses/accounts
· Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and CRM best practices, including deliverability
· Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
· Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
· Creative thinker and can bring ideas to life with a creative team.
· An advocate of test and learn strategies to support campaign effectiveness
· Experience of delivering measurable results and ROI
· Commercially aware to understand which activities deliver the most profitable results
