Job description

A leading insolvency practice in Manchester is seeking an experienced Insolvency Manager to join their team focusing on Administrations.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between the team and senior leadership, ensuring the smooth running of the insolvency department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage a portfolio of a range of Administrations insolvency cases.
  2. Act as a point of contact between the team and senior leadership, ensuring that communication is maintained and deadlines are met.
  3. Provide technical support to the team, ensuring that cases are progressed efficiently and effectively.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Identify opportunities for business development and growth, working alongside the senior team to implement plans.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in corporate insolvency, with a track record of managing cases and teams.
  2. CPI or JIEB qualified.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  4. Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time management skills.
  5. Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and compliance requirements.
  6. Ability to identify and pursue opportunities for business development and growth.
