Do you have at least 1 year of experience gained in broking or underwriting and handled Property and Liability risks? Does working in the sports and leisure sector appeal to you? If you can answer yes to both, then please take a few minutes to read on, as this could offer you a career-defining move.
You will get the chance to work in the exciting Sports and Leisure space for a superb MGA who really are going places and who want you to go on this journey with them. Opportunity is unlimited here, just ask two of your new colleagues who have both been promoted recently.
You will join them as an Assistant Underwriter, with 2 openings available. You will be responsible for supporting the Underwriting teams in the acquisition of new business as well as dealing with existing business and renewals.
This MGA is part of a well-known group and has already shown impressive growth since launching 19 months ago, with GWP currently sitting at £5 million, and plans to increase this to £18 million within 5 years of trading. As such, this will offer you a superb opportunity to be part of and help drive this growth in your role as Assistant Underwriter.
Working in the sports and leisure insurance sector will also mean you will get to do all the cool stuff too, like occasional trips to take your brokers to darts, football, cricket, and concerts!
