Role Summary:
As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. You will be responsible for shaping the technical architecture of Salesforce implementations, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex business requirements into practical and innovative Salesforce solutions while providing leadership and guidance to the development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Lead the technical design of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, integrating with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, governance, and data security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize Salesforce performance, data models, and automation to enhance user experience.
- Lead development teams in implementing best-in-class Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security guidelines, data protection, and industry regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3+ years in an Architect role.
- Proven experience in Salesforce multi-cloud implementations.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture principles, Lightning framework, Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Modeling, APIs, and Integration Patterns.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (preferred).
- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX is a plus.
