Job Description

McGinley are looking for an experienced Groundworker with Dumper & Roller tickets to join our team on a paving and infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in excavation, drainage, kerbing, and sub-base preparation, as well as operating dumper and roller machinery when required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carrying out general groundworks, including excavation, drainage, and kerbing.
2. Operating a dumper and roller to assist with site operations.
3. Laying Type 1 sub-base and preparing ground for paving and surfacing.
4. Installing ducting, drainage, and kerb lines to required levels.
5. Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times.
6. Assisting with manual labour tasks as needed.

Requirements:

1. CPCS/NPORS Dumper & Roller Ticket.
2. Experience in groundworks, paving, and drainage.
3. Ability to work safely around live services.
4. Full UK Driving Licence (Preferred).
