For this role it is essential that you have experience in Restaurant Management within a high end hotel or restaurant.

The historic, boutique hotel offers 20 bedrooms and the restaurant celebrates the beautiful original features of the property, with exposed wooden beams and open fireplaces to create a warm, comforting atmosphere.
