• Conducting research via telephone referencing and interviews.
• Spotting top talent pools and industry performances.
• Market mapping.
• Speaking with prospective hires and providing them with information about clients and current demands.
• Calling references to find out more about potential candidates and businesses.
• Establishing a strong network of market sources.
• Finding and establishing new client connections - full 360 exposure, working closely with various clients.
• Developing a thorough understanding of your market.
