Human Resources Administrator - SEN School

Location: Exeter
Salary: £12.90 - £14.00 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a rewarding role in a supportive environment? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Exeter. This position is available for immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all HR functions within the school, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  2. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and school policies.
  3. Support staff with HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  4. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  5. Collaborate with school leadership to enhance staff engagement and development.

Requirements:

  1. Proven HR experience in a school setting, preferably within an SEN environment.
  2. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
