Position: 1:1 SEN Tutor

The 1:1 SEN Tutor will provide individualised support and tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Duties include creating tailored learning plans, delivering lessons based on students' individual needs, monitoring progress, and adapting teaching methods to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Recognised teaching qualification
2. Experience working with students with SEN
3. Knowledge of SEN frameworks and strategies
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Understanding of SEN principles and best practices
6. Ability to create individualised learning plans
7. Patience and empathy
8. Adaptability in teaching methods
