Structural Revit Technician

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an up-and-coming Structural Revit Technician in Cardiff. We need someone from a structural background who is bright, talented, and enthusiastic about learning all things BIM related. This role is for an award-winning engineering consultancy in Cardiff with a skilled team covering several civil and structural engineering sectors.

Project values extend up and into the region of £100m and include schemes of high local significance. The successful candidate will be joining the business in a senior position.

Responsibilities:

1. Producing general arrangements and Revit Models for building structures in all traditional materials
2. Liaising directly with other design teams, clients, and contractors
3. Accompanied site visits
4. Attending design team meetings

We are very much looking for a candidate who wants to be using cutting-edge BIM software, someone who can draw and wants to actively develop these skills. Revit experience is not necessarily essential as full training will be provided. What is key is a solid understanding of how a building comes together.
